Accounts receivable services built around one goal: cash in the bank.
Pick the pieces you need or hand us the whole receivables function. Every service runs in your company’s name, inside your systems, with weekly reporting.
Where most of the cash comes from.
Invoice follow-up
Polite, persistent follow-up before and after each due date, by email and phone, as your company.
- Pre-due-date confirmation on large invoices
- Cadence by customer segment
- Payment promises recorded and checked
- Portal and remittance chasing
Dispute resolution & billing inquiries
Most overdue invoices are stuck, not refused. We find out why and fix it with your team.
- Missing PO, approver or proof of delivery
- Pricing and quantity discrepancies
- Short-pays and unapplied credits
- Root-cause log to prevent repeats
AR reporting & DSO
A weekly report you can read in five minutes, and a monthly review of the trend.
- Aging by customer and bucket
- DSO, % current and CEI trend
- Promised payments and at-risk accounts
- Actions taken and next steps
The groundwork that keeps receivables clean.
Available on their own as a one-time project, or included in an ongoing engagement.
13-week cash-flow forecasting
A rolling forecast built from your real receivables and payment behavior, not from averages, updated weekly so you can plan payroll, purchasing and financing with confidence.
Credit policy & aging clean-up
We clean up old balances and unapplied cash, then help you define payment terms, credit limits, deposits and an escalation path your sales and finance teams can apply consistently.
Invoicing support & cash application
Invoices issued with the details your customers’ AP teams require, and payments matched to the right invoices so your aging report reflects reality.
Customer account management
Accurate AP contacts, vendor-portal registrations, statements of account, W-9 and vendor-form requests, and quick answers to customer billing questions.
AR tools set up and run for you
Already paying for reminders in QuickBooks, Xero or a tool like Chaser? We configure them properly and run them, so automation handles the routine and we handle the exceptions.
English and French follow-up
Customers in Quebec or elsewhere in Canada? We can follow up in English or French, in a tone that fits each market.
What we deliberately don’t do.
Being clear about scope protects you, your customers and us.
When an account needs formal recovery, we tell you, hand over a clean file with the full history, and you decide who to involve.
- Consumer (B2C) debts or medical billing
- Buying debts or working for a percentage of amounts recovered
- Threats, credit-bureau reporting or legal action
- Receiving or holding your customers’ payments
- Contacting customers you have asked us not to contact
One process, whatever you choose.

About our services
Can I start with reporting only?
Yes. Many clients start with weekly AR reporting and a cash forecast, then add follow-up once they see where cash is stuck.
Do you replace my bookkeeper?
No. We work alongside your bookkeeper or accountant. They keep the books; we focus on getting invoices paid and reporting on receivables.
Which accounting systems do you support?
We commonly work in QuickBooks Online and Xero, and we can work in most ERPs and invoicing tools through a user account you provide.
Who decides on payment plans or write-offs?
You do. The playbook defines what we can agree to on your behalf (for example, a short payment schedule) and everything else comes back to you for a decision.
