One-time project

AR clean-up & credit policy setup

We reconcile old balances and unapplied cash, work through stale invoices with you, and set up payment terms, credit limits and an escalation path your team can apply. Quoted as a fixed project fee.

How your fee is set

Priced on the work, not on your money.

Collection agencies are typically paid a percentage of what they recover. We are not. A flat fee keeps our incentives aligned with yours: consistent follow-up, healthy customer relationships and predictable costs.

What determines your monthly fee

  • Number of active customer accounts
  • Number of invoices issued per month
  • Complexity: supplier portals, disputes, multiple entities
  • Languages and time zones of your customers
  • Services included: reporting, follow-up, cash application
Put it in perspective

What the alternatives really cost.

Hiring an AR clerk

The US median wage for bookkeeping, accounting and auditing clerks is $24.36/hour (BLS, May 2025), before payroll taxes, benefits, recruiting, training and cover for holidays or turnover.

A collection agency

Usually paid a percentage of every dollar recovered, steps in after default, and contacts your customers under its own name, not ideal for relationships you want to keep.

Doing nothing

Every day of DSO is cash you have already earned but can’t use. On $1.8M of annual credit sales, 10 days of DSO ties up about $49,000. Calculate yours.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Do you take a percentage of what you collect?

No. You pay a fixed monthly fee agreed in advance, and you keep 100% of every payment. Your customers pay your business directly.

Is there a setup fee?

If your receivables need a clean-up before ongoing work starts (old balances, unapplied cash, missing contacts) we quote it upfront as a fixed one-time fee. If not, there is nothing extra.

How do I get a quote?

Start with a free AR review. Once we understand your volume and needs, we send a written proposal with the scope and a fixed monthly fee.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Many clients start with reporting and move to managed AR, or scale down after a clean-up. Changes are agreed in writing.
