Outsourced accounts receivable for B2B companies
We chase the invoices.
You keep the customers.
Invoice follow-up, billing disputes and weekly cash reporting, handled by specialists in your company’s name. Your customers pay you directly, and you keep every dollar.
Most invoices aren’t paid late because customers refuse to pay. They’re late because something is stuck: a missing PO, an approval sitting in an inbox, a question nobody answered. We find what’s stuck and fix it, every week, in your name.
Late payment has become normal for small businesses.
Three numbers from recent surveys of US small businesses, and the reason so many owners now outsource accounts receivable.
of US small businesses have invoices more than 30 days overdue, up from 47% a year earlier.

06Your tools, run for you
We work inside QuickBooks, Xero or your ERP. No new software to buy.
Not an agency. Not software. Not another hire.
Collection agencies step in too late and too hard. Software sends reminders but can’t pick up the phone. A new hire takes months to train. We sit in between.

Will my customers know you’re an outside firm?
We work under your company’s name, from an inbox on your domain or a shared mailbox you control, with templates you approve. Whether you introduce us as an outside partner is up to you.
Do customers pay you or pay us?
Your customers always pay your business directly, through your usual payment methods. We never receive or hold your customers’ money.
Are you a collection agency?
No. We manage the follow-up of your current and recently overdue B2B invoices on your behalf, as part of your finance team. We don’t buy debts, handle consumer debts or take legal action. If an account needs formal collection or legal steps, we tell you and you decide who to involve.
What do you need from us to get started?
A recent AR aging report, user access to your accounting system (QuickBooks Online or Xero, for example), your payment terms, and a short call to agree on tone, cadence and which accounts need extra care.
What size of business do you work with?
Small and mid-sized B2B companies in the United States and Canada that invoice other businesses on payment terms and want consistent follow-up without hiring a full-time AR clerk.
